Rotaflow, we are specialist designers and manufactures of Swivel Joints. Swivel Joints allow fluids to be transferred across rotating interfaces.

Simple single flow units are used in many applications including loading arms, articulated pipework and hose reelers. Many applications require articulated pipe work or hoses to allow fluids; such as Hydraulic Power, Air (pneumatic) control lines, or mixed process fluids, to be used on moving machinery.

Rotaflow design and manufacture to design standards including PED, API 6A, API 17D, ASME and DNV OS E101, E201, ABS CDS. We are regularly audited and have attained ISO certification ISO 9001:2015 and PED module H.

High Pressure Swivel

High Pressure Swivel Joints for applications up to 1379 Bar (20,000 PSI). Spherical Roller Thrust Bearing with capacity or all load requirements.

Subsea Swivel

Sub sea applications beyond 3000m depth. Inconel construction or overlay-ed carbon steel as required. Duplex and high strength steels and corrosion resistant alloys as required.

SPM Product Swivel

Designed ISO 13628 (API 17D) and ISO 10423 (API 6A) as required. Class DNV/ABS reviewed by application.

Riser and Pipeline Permanent Structural Repair

eXpansive Grout Rectification. Moorsure’s XGR is a complete structural repair system, developed specifically for the cost-effective repair of damaged tubulars in marine environments.

XGR consists of a steel sleeve designed around the damaged section of tubular, and injected with engineered grout mix. As the grout cures, it chemically expands in the annulus between the damaged tubular and XGR sleeve. The expansive grout generates pressures between the new steel sleeve and damaged section thus providing load path for load transfer from the weakened section, fully restoring its strength. The grout is highly alkaline which serves as corrosion inhibitor.

Epoxy Grout Injection

With 20 years experience in pipeline repair, Delta Engineering Services backed by its technology partner provides epoxy grout injection services for various application.

Delta uses Epoxy Resins manufactured using less hazardous chemical ingredients. This reduces potential Occupational Health hazards to users that hitherto hasn’t been available.
